For Suicide Prevention Week, The Trevor Project created a flash mob to "Ain't No Mountain High Enough" in the middle of Universal City Walk.
You can see a good shot of me around the 1:50 minute mark.
I was given the advice that a good, safe way to let out frustrations is to write down your thoughts. However, I strongly suggest doing this at home, not at work. I accidentally saved my "thoughts" to a public server named, "To What My Life Has Come". After getting laid off/ fired from a job that I hated in Boston, I packed up my life for new and exciting adventures. I was bound for Los Angeles.
